1. Act as the Senior Client Advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the Sales team.
2. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence, adhering to company standards.
3. Lead the sales team by example on the sales floor.
4. Achieve sales targets and manage the boutique to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
5. Support the Store Manager in proposing and implementing action plans to enhance results.
6. Assist with the Boutique’s Weekly trade report.
7. Ensure store maintenance, safety, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines in the absence of the Store Manager.
8. Supervise After Sales Service requests, ensuring excellent service.
9. Organize and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
10. Support in-store training and team briefings.
11. Assist in CRM activities to develop loyal customers.
12. Support the induction of new joiners.
13. Assist in opening and closure procedures.
14. Uphold uniform and grooming standards.
15. Provide administrative support as needed.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

4. Familiarity with store procedures and processes
