Bvlgari Deputy Store Manager

- Lead the team of client advisors to ensure sales completion, customer satisfaction, and relationship development.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through regular guidance to the sales team on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage a product category, assisting in leading the sales team to achieve sales goals, and oversee product inventory and management.
- Handle personal sales targets based on store conditions and sales volume.
- Maximize opportunities to support the sales team in providing unique and memorable shopping experiences for customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and incidents.
- Directly manage a team of approximately six members, responsible for sales performance, KPI achievements, and individual performance.
- Support the store manager in training and coaching all store employees, providing feedback to enhance sales and operational skills.
- Maintain the store in the absence of the store manager, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment, and adherence to product categorization and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist the store manager in supervising display and store maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and orderliness, presenting the brand image consistently.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in Mandarin with strong English communication skills
- Over five years of experience in luxury sales and retail operations, with at least two years in team management
- Extensive knowledge of the luxury industry, with preference for experience in jewelry and watches
- Proficiency in retail store operations

A minimum of five years in luxury sales and retail operations, with at least two years in a team management role.
Associate or Bachelor's degree or higher
