1. Drive business development by achieving personal sales targets and proactively engaging in sales activities both inside and outside the boutique.
2. Support the boutique manager in identifying stock opportunities and market trends, and assist in creating reports and analyzing retail data.
3. Motivate and engage the team by coaching on customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising, and by planning daily huddles.
4. Manage store operations, including preparing staff rotas, organizing inventories, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences and developing strong business relationships.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and coordinate with mall authorities regarding permits.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
