Bvlgari Deputy Store Manager

- Drive business development by achieving personal sales targets and engaging in proactive sales activities both inside and outside the boutique.
- Support the boutique manager in identifying stock opportunities, market trends, and creating action plans.
- Coach and train team members on customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
- Manage team dynamics by addressing complaints and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare staff schedules and manage leave to ensure optimal store coverage.
- Lead inventory management and coordinate with logistics and finance teams.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain high retail standards.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments.
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional client experiences and developing strong client relationships.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury business and market trends.
- Proficient in selling and coaching skills.
- Strong conversational and negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity with store procedures, CRM techniques, and store operation applications such as Beanstore, CRM, and SAP.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to sales.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
