Bvlgari Deputy Store Manager

- Lead and manage store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager, embodying the brand's values and enhancing sales, service, and operational quality.
- Serve as a role model for staff, exemplifying brand values and customer service standards.
- Maximize team performance through staff development, evaluation, and motivation.
- Represent the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth operations.
- Enhance client experience by delivering personalized and sophisticated customer service.
- Lead customer relationship management activities to build trust and loyalty.
- Address complaints and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
- Monitor sales, KPIs, and product trends, devising and executing action plans as needed.
- Visualize team performance progress and support the achievement of individual and store goals.
- Contribute to business growth through the execution of promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory, display, and security management.
- Maintain and improve the store environment to align with the brand image.
- Support operational management, including internal audits, process management, and reporting.
- Management experience in luxury brands or high-end retail (minimum of 2 years).
- High-level customer service skills and client orientation.
- Leadership skills to engage the team and achieve goals.
- Flexibility, responsibility, and self-management capabilities.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese; English reading and writing skills are advantageous.
