4. Represent the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth operations.
5. Enhance client experience by delivering personalized and sophisticated customer service.
6. Lead customer relationship management activities to build trust and loyalty.
7. Address complaints and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
8. Monitor sales, KPIs, and product trends, devising and executing action plans as needed.
9. Visualize team performance progress and support the achievement of individual and store goals.
10. Contribute to business growth through the execution of promotions and campaigns.
11. Ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory, display, and security management.
12. Maintain and improve the store environment to align with the brand image.
13. Support operational management, including internal audits, process management, and reporting.

1. Management experience in luxury brands or high-end retail (minimum of 2 years).
2. High-level customer service skills and client orientation.
3. Leadership skills to engage the team and achieve goals.
4. Flexibility, responsibility, and self-management capabilities.
5. Business-level proficiency in Japanese; English reading and writing skills are advantageous.
