1. Manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
2. Develop action plans based on mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation.
3. Address client concerns to restore satisfaction.
4. Maintain store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Oversee store stock management in the absence of the Head of Back Office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness according to KPIs.
6. Ensure correct application of company norms and procedures.
7. Supervise After Sales Service requests to provide excellent service.
8. Organize and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
9. Coach and support the sales team to provide a unique and memorable shopping experience.
10. Perform other duties as required by superiors.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
2. At least 6-8 years of experience in Store/Retail Operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
3. Experience in leading a team, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

3. Understanding of the luxury industry.
4. Strong client networking and selling skills.
5. Knowledge of watches and jewellery.
6. Understanding of retail operations processes and procedures.
7. High sense of integrity.
8. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and mall management.
9. Strong communication skills.
10. Fluency in Tagalog and English; proficiency in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or any second foreign language is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with a focus on leadership roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
