Bvlgari Deputy Store Manager

- Manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
- Develop action plans based on mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation.
- Address client concerns to restore satisfaction.
- Maintain store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee store stock management in the absence of the Head of Back Office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness according to KPIs.
- Ensure correct application of company norms and procedures.
- Supervise After Sales Service requests to provide excellent service.
- Organize and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
- Coach and support the sales team to provide a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Perform other duties as required by superiors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in Store/Retail Operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
- Experience in leading a team, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Sales-driven with strong business acumen and strategic retail approach.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Understanding of the luxury industry.
- Strong client networking and selling skills.
- Knowledge of watches and jewellery.
- Understanding of retail operations processes and procedures.
- High sense of integrity.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and mall management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Tagalog and English; proficiency in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or any second foreign language is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with a focus on leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
