1. Lead by example in both operations and client interactions.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the sales floor to enhance the Bulgari selling experience.
3. Proactively plan one-to-one meetings with team members to offer feedback and develop action plans.
4. Address team complaints and requests confidently and positively.
5. Foster a client-centric culture among sales teams.
6. Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
7. Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance the client portfolio and drive clienteling initiatives.
8. Monitor retail dashboards and ensure regular follow-up of sales and retail KPIs.
9. Implement action plans through morning briefs, coaching, and reward programs.
10. Produce reports on store performance, including qualitative insights.
11. Drive personal sales targets and engage in proactive sales activities.
12. Ensure the correct application of company norms and procedures, including safety.
13. Supervise day-to-day store processes and maintain high procedural standards.
14. Organize store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
15. Lead and organize inventories and maintain retail standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.

3. Proficiency in analyzing retail KPIs and implementing action plans.
4. Ability to maintain high standards of operations and procedures.
5. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
