Bvlgari Deputy Store Manager

- Drive personal sales targets and engage in proactive sales both inside and outside the boutique.
- Maintain an awareness of market trends and competition, supporting stock opportunity identification and action planning.
- Assist the Store Manager with report creation, retail data analysis, and interpretation of revenues, expenses, and competition.
- Coach and train staff on customer service, product knowledge, after-sales service, grooming, and visual merchandising.
- Conduct daily briefings and follow up on team KPIs.
- Organize store rotations, shifts, and holidays, and lead inventory management in collaboration with support teams.
- Ensure retail standards are met, coordinating with operations and suppliers for store maintenance.
- Supervise daily customer service operations and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and elevate customer interactions within the store.
- Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers, contributing to clienteling activities and action plans.
- Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolve disputes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury business and store procedures.
- Proficient selling and negotiation skills.
- Effective coaching and conversation capabilities.
- Understanding of CRM techniques and store operation applications.
- Customer-focused with proactive selling initiative and business awareness.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the luxury retail sector is required.
