- Address customer inquiries promptly, providing information on product availability, delivery dates, order status, and general product details.
- Manage the entire order process from entry to shipment, ensuring fulfillment rates and smooth delivery.
- Track target stock levels, anticipate potential stockouts, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
- Arrange deliveries, track shipments, and handle logistical issues such as missed shipments or delivery delays. Manage reverse logistics for returns and claims.
- Ensure orders are correctly invoiced and issued in a timely manner.
- Provide regular reports on open orders and target stock level coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in a B2B role, handling feedback and complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, merchandising, logistics, and supply chain to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize SAP/HANA and MS Office proficiently for all tasks.
- Minimum Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Proficiency in SAP/HANA and MS Office
- Strong understanding of order management procedures
- Knowledge of main product categories, geographical areas, and distribution channels
- Ability to calculate and report KPIs
Minimum 5 years in the Customer Service field.
Minimum Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
