Bvlgari Customer Service Manager - Perfumes

- Oversee daily operations within the customer service department, managing a team of over 10 individuals.
- Enhance customer experience and engagement to support organic growth.
- Develop and implement improvements to customer service procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain a streamlined workflow in line with priorities.
- Foster team cohesion and communicate clear direction and goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the customer service team, promoting a culture of empowerment and success.
- Address complex complaints and inquiries effectively.
- Analyze data and generate reliable reports.
- Establish and monitor service KPIs, including revenue, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate activities with other departments such as planning, sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and finance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, finance teams, freight forwarders, and subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of logistic flows and international trade, particularly export.
- Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, or Procurement Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
