- Oversee and manage client data for Shinsaibashi Plaza, ensuring the execution of clienteling activities based on customer data.
- Monitor and analyze client interactions to ensure personalized service and timely follow-up by client advisors.
- Collaborate with Senior Store Manager and Store line Managers to align strategies and achieve financial targets.
- Gather feedback from client advisors to enhance CRM activities and address needs to the company.
- Organize small events to strengthen client relationships in collaboration with senior management.
- Evaluate client advisor performance in clienteling and conversion, providing support for improvement.
- Address CRM data quality issues and system functionality challenges, liaising with head office or Italian HQ as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in CRM and promotional activities, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in Japanese and intermediate proficiency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and marketing techniques/tools.
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for exceptional service delivery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 3 years in CRM and promotional activities, with experience in the luxury industry considered advantageous.
