Bvlgari CRM & Clienteling Expert

- Lead the design, governance, and enhancement of clienteling and customer service solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Act as the primary IT liaison for business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Manage end-to-end IT initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Supervise application support and enhancements in collaboration with external partners.
- Partner with retail, CRM, marketing, and digital teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Coordinate with system integrators and technology providers to ensure performance and adherence to IT standards.
- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and clienteling best practices to recommend improvements.
- Maximize customer insights through clienteling tools to drive loyalty and retention.
- Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience in IT solutions delivery, preferably in luxury retail or consumer goods.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong background in program/project management.
- Experience in application maintenance and governance.
- Familiarity with clienteling processes and CRM ecosystems.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
- Availability to travel.
- Ability to connect IT initiatives with business priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor relationships.
- Capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Pragmatic approach to solution delivery.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Clear and structured communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solutions delivery, with a focus on Salesforce ecosystems.
