1. Provide expert consultation and sales of Bulgari fragrances, with a particular emphasis on high-end collections, utilizing digital tools.
2. Ensure the economic success of the counter by achieving defined sales and KPI targets.
3. Actively acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop the counter team.
5. Plan and execute events, promotions, and sales initiatives to enhance brand presence.
6. Implement Bulgari Client Experience and Merchandising Guidelines, ensuring qualified product presentation.
7. Organize seamless counter operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and order processing.
8. Engage in regular communication and coordination with the Retail Manager, Marketing, and Training departments, including timely reporting.

1. Completed training in retail.
2. Several years of sales experience in the cosmetics or luxury industry, ideally as a Counter Manager or in a similar leadership role.
3. Passion for fragrances and exclusive products, particularly in the high-end segment.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
6. High self-motivation and goal orientation.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable.
