Bvlgari Counter Manager - Fragrances

- Provide expert consultation and sales of Bulgari fragrances, with a particular emphasis on high-end collections, utilizing digital tools.
- Ensure the economic success of the counter by achieving defined sales and KPI targets.
- Actively acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the counter team.
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and sales initiatives to enhance brand presence.
- Implement Bulgari Client Experience and Merchandising Guidelines, ensuring qualified product presentation.
- Organize seamless counter operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and order processing.
- Engage in regular communication and coordination with the Retail Manager, Marketing, and Training departments, including timely reporting.
- Completed training in retail.
- Several years of sales experience in the cosmetics or luxury industry, ideally as a Counter Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Passion for fragrances and exclusive products, particularly in the high-end segment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- High self-motivation and goal orientation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable.
- Sales expertise in luxury or cosmetics.
- Leadership and team development.
- Customer relationship management.
- Event planning and execution.
- Strong communication and language skills.
- Proficiency in digital sales tools.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the cosmetics or luxury industry, ideally in a managerial role.
Completed training in retail.
