1. Provide professional consultation and sales of Bulgari fragrances, with a particular emphasis on high-end collections, utilizing digital tools.
2. Ensure the economic success of the counter and achieve defined sales and KPI targets.
3. Actively acquire new customers and maintain existing clientele.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop the counter team.
5. Plan and execute events, promotions, and sales initiatives to enhance brand presence.
6. Implement Bulgari Client Experience and Merchandising Guidelines, ensuring qualified product presentation.
7. Organize seamless counter operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and order placement.
8. Regularly communicate and coordinate with the Retail Manager, Marketing, and Training teams, including timely reporting.

1. Completed training in retail.
2. 3-5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics or luxury industry, ideally as a Counter Manager.
3. Passion for fragrances and exclusive products, particularly in the high-end segment.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
3. High self-motivation and goal orientation.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Completed retail training.
