1. Assist in the execution of CSR activities and projects related to environment, social, and supply chain initiatives.
2. Aid in the data collection process for annual reporting to LVMH.
3. Support CSR certification programs.
4. Contribute to projects and programs focused on Diversity & Inclusion management.
5. Edit CSR content for the intranet and contribute to internal communications on social and environmental initiatives.
6. Facilitate training and engagement activities on CSR matters for Bulgari employees, in collaboration with HR counterparts.
7. Conduct benchmark analysis and research on CSR platforms and agendas of governmental, non-governmental, and public entities.
8. Support the knowledge sharing activities of the international network of CSR correspondents, including community management and content circulation.
9. Monitor international laws related to CSR compliance and assist in disseminating updates within the CSR network.

1. Master’s Degree

1. Strong personal interest in CSR and enhancing employee engagement on the topic
2. Good analytical and reporting skills
3. Fluency in Italian and English, with French as a plus
4. Proficiency in digital communication
5. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
6. Proficiency in content sharing methods and tools such as Teams and social networks

Beginner level experience in CSR or related fields.

Master’s Degree

Opportunity to work in a hybrid mode, combining remote work with in-office experience in Rome.
