1. Develop and execute commercial strategies for retail, franchisee, and wholesale channels in China, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and objectives.
2. Lead store expansion initiatives, including planning, location evaluation, and coordination with relevant departments.
3. Monitor and enhance the performance of existing stores through market analysis, cost efficiency measures, and strategic commercial actions.
4. Drive sales promotion activities and manage stock levels to optimize sales performance.

6. Define and implement commercial strategies for franchisee and wholesale channels, focusing on network composition and client management.
