- Welcome all clients and prospects entering the store, ensuring exceptional service and leaving a positive impression.
- Listen to and understand clients’ needs, providing tailored advice and introducing them to the brand's offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients while engaging new customers.
- Manage the sales process from initial greeting to packaging, applying selling techniques to ensure a unique shopping experience.
- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs, maintaining high rankings in commercially focused metrics.
- Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines, including discounts, security, and legal requirements.
- Ensure front areas of the store are clean and products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Perform after-sales service activities, acting as a proactive point of reference for customers and ensuring satisfaction.
- Register client details for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
- Execute CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including client development and event proposals.
- Comply with Work Health & Safety policies, reporting hazards and incidents, and participating in safety programs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.
A minimum of 5 years in customer service and/or sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
