- Cultivate a deep understanding of each client's individual style and preferences, offering bespoke advice and introducing them to the exquisite artistry and heritage of our jewelry collections.
- Expertly guide clients through the sales journey, employing sophisticated sales techniques to curate a unique and memorable shopping experience, consistently contributing to the boutique's achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as a dedicated and proactive point of contact for all after-sales service inquiries, expertly managing repairs and ensuring swift resolution to maintain exceptional client satisfaction and foster lasting loyalty.
- Nurture and expand client relationships through strategic CRM initiatives, meticulously recording client details, curating exclusive events, and implementing personalized engagement strategies as directed by the Boutique Manager.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation of the boutique, ensuring all jewelry displays adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and contribute to an inviting and elegant atmosphere.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly, listen attentively, and adapt communication style to suit diverse client personalities.
- Passion for luxury and jewelry, translating into authentic engagement with clients and a deeper understanding of their desires.
- Sales acumen and persuasion, with a natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and confidently guide them through the sales process.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations quickly, identify solutions, and handle client concerns with grace and efficiency.
- Attention to detail in handling jewelry, processing transactions, and maintaining the boutique's appearance.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
