1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional and memorable customer experiences to drive sales and achieve store profit targets.
2. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance clienteling experiences and boost sales performance.
3. Engage and develop new clientele by offering personalized advice and introducing them to the brand's unique offerings.
4. Manage the sales process in alignment with established delivery standards.
5. Contribute to the achievement of store and service KPIs by adhering to all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
6. Execute one-on-one CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager.
7. Handle all after-sales services and perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.

1. Strong knowledge of the luxury business sector.
2. Proven selling skills with a results-oriented approach.

1. Excellent conversational and customer-focused abilities.
2. Proficiency in executing store procedures and processes.
3. Familiarity with CRM techniques and tools, as well as other store operation applications.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
