1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering memorable experiences to customers and maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store sales and profit targets.
2. Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients to boost clienteling experiences and sales achievements.
3. Engage new customers by providing personalized advice and introducing them to the brand's unique offerings.
4. Manage the sales process in accordance with delivery standards.
5. Contribute to the achievement of store and service KPIs by adhering to sales-related procedures and guidelines.
6. Execute one-on-one CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager.
7. Perform all after-sales services and other relevant ad-hoc duties.

1. Strong knowledge of the luxury business.
2. Proven selling skills with a results-oriented approach.

2. Proficiency in executing store procedures and processes.
3. Familiarity with CRM techniques and tools, as well as other store operation applications.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector is required.
