- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering memorable experiences to customers and maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store sales and profit targets.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients to boost clienteling experiences and sales achievements.
- Engage new customers by providing personalized advice and introducing them to the brand's unique offerings.
- Manage the sales process in accordance with delivery standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of store and service KPIs by adhering to sales-related procedures and guidelines.
- Execute one-on-one CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager.
- Perform all after-sales services and other relevant ad-hoc duties.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury business.
- Proven selling skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent conversational and customer-focused abilities.
- Proficiency in executing store procedures and processes.
- Familiarity with CRM techniques and tools, as well as other store operation applications.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector is required.
