1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional and memorable customer experience.
2. Establish and cultivate relationships with existing clients to enhance clienteling and boost sales.
3. Engage and develop new customers by offering personalized advice and introducing them to the brand.
4. Manage the sales process in accordance with delivery standards.
5. Contribute to the achievement of store and service KPIs, adhering to all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
6. Execute 1-1 CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager.
7. Perform After Sales services and other relevant ad-hoc duties.

1. Strong knowledge of the luxury business.

1. Strong selling skills and results-oriented.
2. Excellent conversational and customer-focused abilities.
3. Proficient in executing store procedures and processes.
4. Familiarity with CRM techniques and tools, as well as other store operation applications.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
