1. Achieve store and service KPIs through proactive sales efforts, meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.
2. Manage the entire sales process, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and selling techniques for a unique shopping experience.
3. Exude Italian hospitality throughout client interactions.
4. Listen empathetically to clients, providing tailored advice to meet their needs.
5. Cultivate relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
6. Execute CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
7. Communicate with management regarding opportunities for community engagement and brand awareness events.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a luxury retail environment or with luxury products.

1. Proactive selling and negotiation skills.
2. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate personal accountability.
4. Initiative and a bold approach to tasks.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Ability to learn store operation applications such as Beanstore, Sales Force, and SAP.
7. Conversational English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
