- Achieve store and service KPIs through proactive sales efforts, meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and selling techniques for a unique shopping experience.
- Exude Italian hospitality throughout client interactions.

- Initiative and a bold approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn store operation applications such as Beanstore, Sales Force, and SAP.
- Conversational English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment or with luxury products.
