- Propose clients for upcoming events.
- Comply with Work Health & Safety policies and report any hazards or incidents.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to engage clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and client relationship management.
- Attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
