- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, providing an exceptional and memorable experience to customers.
- Welcome clients and prospects entering the store, ensuring a superior level of service.
- Listen to and understand clients' needs, offering tailored advice and introducing them to the brand.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients while engaging new customers.

- Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Fluency in Tagalog and English, with additional proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese as a plus.
- Strong customer focus and proactive selling abilities.
- Excellent initiative and negotiation skills.
- Business awareness and understanding of luxury sales techniques.
- Proficiency in store operation applications such as Beanstore, CRM, and SAP.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the luxury industry is required.
