- Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to customers, stimulating and maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store sales and profit targets.
- Welcome all clients and prospects entering the store, ensuring extraordinary service and leaving no customer with a negative impression.
- Listen to and understand clients' needs, providing tailored advice and introducing them to the brand.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers to the brand.
- Manage the sales process according to delivery standards, ensuring the application of selling techniques to provide a unique shopping experience.
- Contribute to the achievement of store and service KPIs.
- Register clients' data in the dedicated system for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
- Perform all CRM activities as per Store Manager's instructions, including follow-ups on watch maintenance.
- Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines, including discounts, security, fiscal, and legal aspects.
- Ensure the front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed according to VM guidelines.
- Perform all after-sales service front office activities, acting as a proactive point of reference for customers.
- Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge on various topics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of luxury business selling skills
- Proactive selling and negotiation skills
- Customer focus and business awareness
- Fluency in Tagalog and English, with additional languages such as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese being advantageous
- Familiarity with store operation applications (Beanstore, CRM, SAP)
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity within the luxury retail sector is required.
