- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional and memorable experiences to customers.
- Welcome and engage all clients entering the store, ensuring extraordinary service and a positive impression.
- Understand and address clients' needs, offering personalized advice and introducing them to the brand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while attracting new customers to the brand.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to packaging, ensuring a unique shopping experience.
- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs.
- Register client data for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
- Execute CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including follow-ups on watch maintenance.
- Apply sales-related procedures and guidelines, including discounts and security measures.
- Ensure the store's front area is clean and products are displayed according to VM guidelines.
- Perform after-sales service activities, including handling repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge on collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in luxury business selling skills.
- Strong conversational capabilities.
- Knowledge of store procedures and CRM techniques.
- Familiarity with store operation applications such as Beanstore, CRM, and SAP.
- Fluency in Tagalog and English; proficiency in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or another foreign language is advantageous.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
