- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilize client information, such as preferences and purchasing history, to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience.
- Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store’s product offerings, retail environment, and competitors.
- Provide expert assistance and guidance to clients during their shopping experience, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Contribute actively to business objectives by achieving sales targets and contributing to store KPIs.
- Regularly input and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, creating memorable moments for clients visiting the store.
- Create desire for the brand with exceptional storytelling about the Maison's heritage and savoir-faire.
- Ensure that aftercare service is followed and issues are elegantly resolved.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices.
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing store environment.
- Embody the LVMH culture and be an ambassador of LVMH values.
- Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines from HQ concerning client data and store operations.
- Form 5 or above
- Fluent in Cantonese, with a good command of Mandarin and English
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the high-end luxury retail industry with an international brand
- Exposure and knowledge in high jewelry or watches is an advantage
- Selling skills
- Knowledge of store procedures and processes
- Proficiency in CRM techniques and tools
- Familiarity with store operation applications (Beanstore, CRM, SAP, etc.)
- GIA and FHH Folder is highly preferred
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the high-end luxury retail sector with an international brand.
Form 5 or above
