- Achieve and exceed personal and counter sales targets monthly and annually, contributing to the store's business growth.
- Develop new client relationships while nurturing and strengthening existing ones.
- Implement business strategies under the guidance of the Business Manager.
- Maximize selling opportunities across collections, tailoring recommendations to client needs.
- Meet and exceed personal KPIs set by the line manager, maintaining high standards of sales excellence.
- Deliver superior customer service with in-depth product knowledge, guiding clients through the Bvlgari journey.
- Foster brand loyalty, transforming client visits into unforgettable luxury shopping experiences.
- Communicate the Maison’s heritage, values, legacy, and mission to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless and high-quality client experiences.
- Support back-of-house operations, including stock monitoring and replenishment.
- Maintain pristine shop-floor standards and assist the Business Manager with additional tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within luxury department stores.
- Experience in Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury goods is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- A valid work permit is necessary.
- Customer service excellence with the ability to create personalized experiences.
- Strong selling skills and techniques.
- Ambitious, motivated, and committed to achieving personal goals.
- Passion for the fragrance/beauty industry with awareness of market trends.
- Proactivity and initiative in all aspects of the role.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
