1. Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance clienteling experience and boost sales.
2. Engage new customers by providing tailored advice and introducing them to the brand's unique offerings.
3. Manage the sales process in accordance with delivery standards.
4. Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs, adhering to all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
5. Execute one-on-one CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager.
6. Perform all After Sales services and other relevant ad-hoc duties.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury business.
3. Proven selling skills with a results-oriented approach.
4. Resourceful and customer-focused conversationalist.
5. Ability to execute store procedures and processes.
6. Familiarity with CRM techniques and tools is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector is required.
