- Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance clienteling experience and boost sales.
- Engage new customers by providing tailored advice and introducing them to the brand's unique offerings.
- Manage the sales process in accordance with delivery standards.
- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs, adhering to all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
- Execute one-on-one CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager.
- Perform all After Sales services and other relevant ad-hoc duties.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury business.
- Proven selling skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Resourceful and customer-focused conversationalist.
- Ability to execute store procedures and processes.
- Familiarity with CRM techniques and tools is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector is required.
