- Achieve store and service KPIs through proactive and consistent sales efforts, meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to packaging, ensuring the application of effective selling techniques to deliver a unique shopping experience.
- Convey the warm Italian hospitality mindset in all client interactions.
- Listen empathetically to clients to understand and adjust to their needs, providing customized advice.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers with the Bulgari brand.
- Perform CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
- Communicate with management regarding opportunities to develop community relationships and explore potential events to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a luxury retail environment or working with luxury products.
- Proactive selling and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and personal accountability.
- Initiative and ability to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn store operation applications.
- Conversational English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment or with luxury products.
