1. Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs by consistently meeting sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
2. Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring the application of selling techniques to deliver a unique shopping experience.
3. Convey Italian hospitality through client interactions.
4. Listen empathetically to understand and adapt to clients' needs, providing customized advice.
5. Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
6. Perform CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
7. Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or working with luxury products.

1. Proactive selling and negotiation skills.
2. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to prioritize and maintain personal accountability.
4. Initiative and ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn store operation applications.
7. Conversational English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum 3 years in luxury retail or related luxury product experience.
