- Provide an elevated and luxurious shopping experience to all clients and prospects entering the store.
- Listen to and understand clients’ needs, offering tailored advice and introducing them to the brand.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while engaging new customers.
- Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring the application of selling techniques for a unique experience.
- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs.
- Register client data for personalized CRM actions and client development.
- Perform CRM activities and apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure the store's front area is clean and products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Perform after-sales service activities, including managing repairs and customer satisfaction.
- Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Saudi Arabian nationality required.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within Bulgari or a similar role in luxury fashion.
- Experience in marketing and customer relationship management techniques.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Integrity and respect in operational effectiveness.
- Business awareness and networking ability to build client base.
- Knowledge of Bulgari products and selling skills.
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a luxury or fashion brand, preferably within Bulgari.
