Bvlgari Client Advisor and Sales Support

- Provide customer service, advice, and sales of BVLGARI products, both in the primary store location and other group stores.
- Participate in sales exhibitions and events organized by BVLGARI stores.
- Conduct all stock management operations according to established procedures and participate in inventory counts.
- Oversee after-sales service activities and ensure their quality.
- Perform all sales administration operations, including customer database management and data entry verification.
- Execute any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the store as directed by superiors and company procedures.
- Receive and inspect merchandise, record purchase transactions in the appropriate system, and label products.
- Contribute to maintaining store order and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with head office teams.
- Adhere to store safety regulations.
- Proven experience in luxury sales, ideally in jewelry or watchmaking.
- Strong sensitivity to products and understanding of complex products.
- Commitment to excellence in customer service.
