1. Provide customer service, advice, and sales of BVLGARI products, both in the primary store location and other group stores.
2. Participate in sales exhibitions and events organized by BVLGARI stores.
3. Conduct all stock management operations according to established procedures and participate in inventory counts.
4. Oversee after-sales service activities and ensure their quality.
5. Perform all sales administration operations, including customer database management and data entry verification.
6. Execute any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the store as directed by superiors and company procedures.
7. Receive and inspect merchandise, record purchase transactions in the appropriate system, and label products.
8. Contribute to maintaining store order and cleanliness.
9. Coordinate with head office teams.
10. Adhere to store safety regulations.

1. Proven experience in luxury sales, ideally in jewelry or watchmaking.
2. Strong sensitivity to products and understanding of complex products.
