5. Listen to and understand clients’ needs, offering customized advice.
6. Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
7. Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring the application of selling techniques.
8. Contribute to the achievement of store and service KPIs.
9. Register clients’ data for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
10. Perform all CRM one-to-one activities.
11. Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
12. Ensure the front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed according to VM guidelines.
13. Perform all after-sales service front office activities, ensuring customer satisfaction.
14. Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.

1. 3 to 4 years of sales experience within a luxury environment.
2. Experience in marketing and customer relationship management techniques.

1. Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
2. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
3. Integrity and respect to ensure operational effectiveness.
4. Knowledge of Bulgari products, selling skills, and store procedures is advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
