- Provide an inspirational and luxurious shopping experience, maximizing every sales opportunity.
- Support colleagues in the efficient operation of the boutique.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and drive to achieve store targets.
- Welcome all clients and prospects, ensuring extraordinary service and positive impressions.
- Listen and understand clients’ needs, offering customized advice and brand discovery.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
- Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring the application of selling techniques.
- Contribute to the achievement of store and service KPIs.
- Register clients’ data for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
- Perform CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including follow-ups on watch maintenance.
- Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines, including discounts, security, and legal protocols.
- Ensure the front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed according to VM guidelines.
- Perform after-sales service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service.
- Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge on collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within Bulgari or a similar luxury/fashion brand.
- Experience in marketing and customer relationship management techniques.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Integrity and respect to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Strong business awareness and networking ability to enhance client base.
- Knowledge of Bulgari products and selling skills is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in sales within the luxury or fashion industry.
