- Deliver an inspirational and luxurious shopping experience to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support colleagues in the efficient operation of the boutique.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and strive to achieve sales KPIs.
- Welcome and assist clients and prospects entering the store, ensuring exceptional service.
- Understand client needs and provide personalized advice while introducing them to the brand.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to packaging, ensuring adherence to selling techniques.
- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs.
- Register client data for CRM purposes and perform one-to-one CRM activities.
- Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and product display according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Handle After Sales service activities, including repairs and customer inquiries.
- Participate in online training modules and defined training sessions to enhance knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a luxury or fashion brand.
- Experience in marketing and Customer Relationship Management techniques.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Business awareness and networking ability.
- Integrity and respect in operational effectiveness.
- Knowledge of Bulgari products and selling skills is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within Bulgari or a similar luxury/fashion brand role is required.
