1. Independently manage sales of all product categories offered in the store.
2. Provide comprehensive customer service throughout the purchasing process.
3. Input customer and sales data into the CRM system.
4. Build, develop, and maintain a robust network of high-quality and loyal clients.
5. Execute visual merchandising in accordance with Bulgari's guidelines.
6. Receive returned items from clients for repair.
7. Manage after-sales services.

1. Experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
4. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
