1. Welcome clients and prospects entering the store, ensuring an extraordinary service experience.
2. Listen to and understand client needs, providing tailored advice and introducing them to the brand.
3. Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
4. Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring the application of selling techniques for a unique shopping experience.
5. Contribute to store and service KPI achievements.
6. Register client data for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
7. Perform CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including follow-ups on watch maintenance.
8. Apply sales-related procedures and guidelines, including discounts, security, and legal requirements.
9. Ensure the front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed according to VM guidelines.
10. Perform after-sales service activities, including handling repairs and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
11. Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to develop knowledge on collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.

1. UAE National
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience within Bulgari or a similar luxury/fashion brand.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
