- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs.

- Execute CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including follow-ups on watch maintenance.
- Adhere to sales procedures and guidelines, including discounts, security, and legal requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and product display according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Perform after-sales service activities, including handling repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.
- At least 5 years of sales experience within Bulgari or a similar luxury/fashion brand.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management techniques.
- Experience in High Jewelry and High-End products.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of High-End and High Jewelry products.
- Integrity and respect in operational effectiveness.
- Strong business awareness and networking ability.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in luxury or fashion brands, particularly in high jewelry and haute horlogerie.
