1. Autonomously manage sales across all product categories within the store.
2. Maintain customer relationships from initial greeting to transaction completion.
3. Input customer and sales data into the designated software system.
4. Perform packaging for purchased items upon request.
5. Develop and manage a network of high-level, loyal clientele.
6. Organize visual merchandising materials and prepare displays according to Bulgari guidelines.
7. Handle customer returns for repairs, including conducting brief interviews about item damage.

1. Commercial or sales background is beneficial.
2. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese, Russian, or Arabic is advantageous.
3. Expertise in sales and negotiation techniques.
