- Welcome clients and prospects entering the store, ensuring an extraordinary service experience.
- Listen to and understand clients’ needs, providing tailored advice and introducing them to the brand.
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients while engaging new customers.
- Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring the application of selling techniques for a unique shopping experience.
- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs.
- Register clients’ data for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
- Perform CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including follow-ups on watch maintenance.
- Apply sales-related procedures and guidelines, including discounts, security, and legal requirements.
- Ensure the front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed according to VM guidelines.
- Perform after-sales service front office activities, including managing repair items and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge on collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within Bulgari or a similar role in a luxury/fashion brand.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of High Jewelry and High End products.
