Bvlgari Client Advisor and Sales Support

- Welcome clients and prospects, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
- Understand and address client needs, offering personalized advice and brand introductions.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
- Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, applying effective selling techniques.
- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs.
- Register client data for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
- Execute CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including follow-ups on watch maintenance.
- Adhere to sales procedures and guidelines regarding discounts, security, and legal matters.
- Maintain cleanliness and product display according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Perform after-sales service activities, including managing repairs and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in online training and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury or fashion brands.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management techniques.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong experience in High Jewelry sales.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Integrity and respect in operational effectiveness.
- Business awareness and networking ability to build client base.
- Knowledge of Bulgari products, selling skills, and store procedures.
Minimum of 3 years in sales within luxury or fashion brands, preferably with Bulgari or similar.
