4. Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, applying effective selling techniques.
5. Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs.
6. Register client data for future contact and personalized CRM actions.
7. Execute CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including follow-ups on watch maintenance.
8. Adhere to sales procedures and guidelines regarding discounts, security, and legal matters.
9. Maintain cleanliness and product display according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
10. Perform after-sales service activities, including managing repairs and customer satisfaction.
11. Engage in online training and participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury or fashion brands.
2. Experience with Customer Relationship Management techniques.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

1. Strong experience in High Jewelry sales.
2. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
3. Integrity and respect in operational effectiveness.
4. Business awareness and networking ability to build client base.
5. Knowledge of Bulgari products, selling skills, and store procedures.

Minimum of 3 years in sales within luxury or fashion brands, preferably with Bulgari or similar.
