Bvlgari Client Advisor and Sales Operations Specialist

- Provide active and professional customer service and advisory on the sales floor.
- Support the sales team, especially during peak times, once operational tasks are completed.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in line with brand and service philosophy.
- Conduct the entire sales process from greeting to product presentation and closure.
- Utilize and maintain the CRM system for targeted customer engagement and follow-up.
- Ensure a luxurious and inviting atmosphere in the boutique.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales team, and customer service.
- Organize and prioritize all back-office and operational tasks independently.
- Ensure efficient processes to continuously support the sales team.
- Maintain accurate inventory, including regular stock checks.
- Receive, quality check, and systemically record incoming goods.
- Prepare and document main and interim inventories.
- Maintain, control, and update all relevant data in inventory and CRM systems.
- Coordinate external service providers and handle minor maintenance tasks.
- Monitor relevant KPIs such as inventory accuracy and transaction security.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Experience as a Client Advisor, in sales, or in back-office/sales operations, ideally in the luxury, jewelry, or fashion sector.
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong service orientation.
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with inventory and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, process security, and a hands-on mentality.
- Team-oriented, communicative, and flexible in daily work.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury, jewelry, or fashion industry.
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
