- Develop and execute distribution strategies to maximize revenue and meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
- Manage product allocation across various sales channels, balancing revenue maximization with inventory control.
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts for the Business Partner channel and monitor performance against projections.
- Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Support Local Distribution Planning by communicating product availability and recommending market-specific distribution strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and proactive information sharing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Distribution Planning or a similar role, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel, SAP ECC/S4, MS Office Suite, and Power BI.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second European language is advantageous.
