1. Develop and execute distribution strategies to maximize revenue and meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
2. Manage product allocation across various sales channels, balancing revenue maximization with inventory control.
3. Develop accurate revenue forecasts for the Business Partner channel and monitor performance against projections.
4. Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
5. Support Local Distribution Planning by communicating product availability and recommending market-specific distribution strategies.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and proactive information sharing.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Distribution Planning or a similar role, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
2. In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

1. Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel, SAP ECC/S4, MS Office Suite, and Power BI.
2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second European language is advantageous.
