1. Deliver daily in‑store sales through client greeting, needs assessment and product recommendations.
2. Maintain and grow client relationships through follow‑up, product education and personalized service.
3. Execute product promotion and merchandising initiatives to achieve sales targets.
4. Support the store manager with operational tasks, stock management and visual standards.
5. Carry out additional duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

1. Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
2. Strong communication skills and a client‑centred service attitude.
3. Outgoing, resilient personality with the ability to perform under pressure.
4. Good professional integrity and a collaborative team spirit.
5. Aged 18–30 (per local hiring requirements).
6. Proficient in using office computer software for daily reporting and client records.
