- Deliver daily in‑store sales through client greeting, needs assessment and product recommendations.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through follow‑up, product education and personalized service.
- Execute product promotion and merchandising initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Support the store manager with operational tasks, stock management and visual standards.
- Carry out additional duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a client‑centred service attitude.
- Outgoing, resilient personality with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Good professional integrity and a collaborative team spirit.
- Aged 18–30 (per local hiring requirements).
- Proficient in using office computer software for daily reporting and client records.
