Back Office Specialist

1. Coordinate back-office operations of the boutique
2. Verify the accuracy between received products and billing
3. Record operations in appropriate systems
4. Manage intra-boutique movements
5. Coordinate inventories and adjustments under the supervision of the boutique manager
6. Oversee general service activities of the boutique and coordinate interventions
7. Organize deliveries and any necessary customs formalities
8. Manage boutique cash registers in coordination with the accounting team
9. Ensure the application of security and confidentiality rules

1. Higher education degree
2. 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a back office role in a commercial environment

1. Ability to quickly understand and adapt to information systems
2. Attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate quickly into a team
4. Proficiency in office tools and processing software (SAP / Excel)
5. Good level of English
