1. Lead and manage the team of Store Administrators, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
2. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to promote a positive work environment.
3. Develop and implement training programs on store processes and procedures.
4. Ensure seamless store operations to support the sales team and enhance the client experience.
5. Collaborate with Deputy Store Managers to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
6. Supervise and optimize store inventory cycles, maintaining optimal stock levels.
7. Oversee product receiving processes and manage discrepancies efficiently.
8. Monitor logistics operations, providing timely updates and communication with the sales team.
9. Coordinate with external suppliers to address IT/system and maintenance issues.
10. Manage relationships with external suppliers, monitoring their performance.
11. Enforce company policies related to loss prevention, security, and health and safety regulations.

1. Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a managerial position within a luxury retail environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of store procedures and processes.
3. Proven track record in achieving operational excellence.
4. Fluency in both Italian and English.
