1. Coordinate and manage back-office operations of the boutique.
2. Verify alignment between received products and invoicing.
3. Record operations in appropriate systems.
4. Manage intra-boutique movements.
5. Coordinate inventories, including planning and adjustments, under the supervision of the boutique manager.
6. Oversee general service activities of the boutique (mail, alarms, freight elevator, fire safety) and coordinate interventions.
7. Organize deliveries and manage any customs formalities.
8. Manage and oversee boutique cash operations, coordinating with the accounting team.
9. Ensure adherence to security and confidentiality protocols (boutique openings/closings).

1. Higher education in business or management school.
2. Fluency in French.
3. Proficiency in English.
