1. Coordinate back-office operations within the boutique.
2. Verify alignment between received products and invoicing.
3. Record operations in the appropriate systems.
4. Manage intra-boutique movements.
5. Coordinate inventory processes, including planning and adjustments, under the supervision of the store manager.
6. Oversee general service activities such as mail, alarms, and fire safety, coordinating necessary interventions.
7. Organize deliveries and handle any customs formalities.
8. Manage and coordinate boutique cash operations with the accounting team.
9. Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality protocols, including store openings and closings.

1. Enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.

1. Proficient in French.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Strong interest in the jewelry and watchmaking industry.
4. Customer service orientation.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and internal/external communication.
6. Organized and structured with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
7. Responsive, available, and flexible.
